Made from the finest San Marzano tomatoes grown in the rich soils of Mount Vesuvius, Superiore Extra Virgin Olive Oil & our delicious Herb, combined, gives you the Authentic Italian taste. The reason why our Pizzas taste so great is not only down to Fresh ingredients but the Kiln Dried Wood. Positioning Birch/Oak where air, smoke & heat swirls gives each Pizza that delicioso flavour. So who are we? Well, Rosario's passion for Pizzas came from his Grandmother who baked for him as a child, feeding him scrumptious pizzas

whilst teaching him the basics of a good Dough. 31 years on he's showing his expertise at Events & sharing his experience training our future Pizzaiolos. Whilst Marisa's expertise comes from years of organising Events in Spain. Learning how healthy the Mediterranean diet is & with her attention to detail alongside 33 years experience in customer service means smooth sailing for each & every client. In the countryside of St Osyth we built our compact trailer to represent the beauty of Italy, with our Wood-Fired oven bringing those ingredients to life, it's not just the aroma that captivates guests, it's the element of Theatre brought to your special day, a reminder of the romance of Italy.
