ORANGE STREET formed in 1996 taking their name from the road where it all started. Coincidentally Orange Street is also the legendary reggae hot-spot situated in the heart of downtown Kingston, Jamaica made famous by the likes of Lee Perry, Prince Buster and Horace Andy…so perhaps it is no surprise they became addicted early on to the heavy, heavy monster sound of two-tone and ska!! Orange Street present the very best of Ska featuring timeless tracks by Bad Manners, The Specials, The Beat, The Selector, Madness. Whether you are a fan of old school or enjoy the modern take of Reel Big Fish and [spunge] they will be a real treat. Initially a bunch of mates at school playing the tunes that they had grown-up listening to they have gone on to play with many of those legends of ska!!
