UK Panorama Champions of 2012, Contrast Steel Band is now amongst the elite of Steel Pan musicians across Europe. The band is a definition of its environment, located in one of the most diverse cities in Europe, Leicester. The term Contrast is a flagship term used to describe the ethnic and cultural diversity of the band and the young people we teach. It also expresses the creative and broad spectrum of musical genres we are able to cater to and perform to the highest standard. We have performed at numerous prestigious events over the years and have shared many good times with those who have booked our services for their private functions. Contrast has entertained at weddings, birthday parties, community events, carnivals, and festivals. There is no limit to what the steel pan as an instrument can provide for the atmosphere and entertainment of your function.
